TURN PRODUCTS INTO YOUR BRAND.
Build branded products with sourcing, OEM/ODM coordination, custom packaging and fulfillment support — one team from specification to launch.
RESELLING RENTS MARGIN. A BRAND COMPOUNDS IT.
A private label product earns more per unit, builds an asset you own, and insulates you from competitors listing the identical item. The work is specification, packaging and consistency — exactly the work our process was built to run.
EVERYTHING BETWEEN AN IDEA AND A LAUNCH.
Product Selection
Demand signals, category margins and competition reviewed before anything is manufactured.
Brand Specifications
Materials, dimensions, tolerances and finishes written down so factories can be held to them.
Custom Packaging
Mailers, rigid boxes, inserts and artwork coordinated to your unboxing standard and budget.
Logo & Artwork Coordination
Print-ready files, placement proofs and color standards checked on physical samples.
Sampling Rounds
Iterative samples reviewed against spec — each round documented, nothing approved verbally.
OEM / ODM
Platform products customized to your brand — or tooling developed for your own design.
Product Customization
Materials, colors, sizes, feature variants — differentiation beyond a logo.
Quality Review
Pre-production and pre-shipment gates with AQL sampling before anything ships.
Fulfillment Launch
Inventory positioned, channels connected, tracking live — brand day one.
WHERE PRIVATE LABEL PROJECTS STALL.
Specs that live in email
Verbal agreements drift; production follows the last message.
Sample round chaos
Five rounds, no criteria, everyone tired.
Packaging surprises
Pantone mismatch, flimsy boxes, freight class jumps.
MOQ sticker shock
Customization multiplies minimums across SKUs and variants.
Trademark afterthoughts
The brand launches, then someone else files first.
Launch without infrastructure
Branded stock lands with nowhere disciplined to flow from.
SIX STAGES, NO GUESSING WHERE YOU ARE.
Select
Product and market validated.
Specify
Brand spec written and agreed.
Package
Design, materials, proofs.
Sample
Iterative rounds to approval.

With quality gates.

Fulfillment and channels live.

ALREADY DROPSHIPPING? YOU ARE HALFWAY THROUGH VALIDATION.
Dropshipping tells you what sells. Private label turns that evidence into a brand. Because both run on the same infrastructure, the transition keeps your data, your winners and your fulfillment history — and changes only the supply line.
- Keep what works — proven SKUs move to branded production.
- Keep the channel — same store, same customers, better margin.
- Keep the partner — no migration, no re-onboarding.
PRIVATE LABEL QUESTIONS WE HEAR MOST.
What MOQ should I expect for private label?+
Minimums are driven by customization depth and packaging. Logo-and-packaging programs typically start lower; tooling and structural customization raise them. We phase programs so early volumes stay realistic and scale with proof.
Can you handle custom packaging?+
Yes — structure design, materials, printing, inserts and artwork coordination, with physical proofs before production and cost-in-logistics impact calculated, not discovered.
How many sample rounds are normal?+
Two to three structured rounds are typical when specifications are clear. Each round has documented acceptance criteria — rounds balloon only when criteria are vague, which is a process problem we design out.
Do you support OEM and ODM?+
Both. OEM customizes an existing platform product to your brand; ODM develops or modifies the product itself, including tooling economics and feasibility review.
Can you help with compliance and testing?+
We coordinate category-appropriate testing and documentation with recognized third-party labs — CE, FCC, CPC and market-specific requirements — as part of pre-production planning.
How do we start?+
Submit your product idea or existing winners through the quote form. We respond with a staged plan — specification, sampling, packaging, MOQ options and timeline — before any commitment.
